Harry Potter’s TALES OF BEEDLE THE BARD now available!

J.K. Rowling’s newest Harry Potter-related book is NOW AVAILABLE! If you’ve read Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows you know (minor spoiler alert) that Dumbledore left Hermione a book called The Tales of Beedle the Bard. This book played an important role in the plot by revealing to our heroes the legend of the “Deathly Hallows.” The book also contained other exciting stories and fairy tales from the wizarding world, but Harry Potter fans never got to read them…

Until now! This newly published volume reveals all five “Tales” for the first time ever, with revealing notes and additional writings by Professor Albus Dumbledore. The book is illustrated by J.K. Rowling herself! You can place a hold on the book by clicking here. (And you can come back to the blog and post your review once you’ve read it!)

My question for the week is this:

If J.K. Rowling ever writes more Harry Potter books, should they be prequels starring Harry’s parents and their friends, or sequels starring the “next generation” of wizards?
