Return to Adventure!
May 23, 2008
Indiana Jones is back, and you’ll find him at your local library! Indy’s latest big-screen adventure, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, is now available as a novelization from acclaimed author James Rollins, capturing all of the thrills and action of the blockbuster film. (We hope to have the official graphic novel and original soundtrack album soon!)
Or, if you need to get caught up on Indy’s previous outings, the original Adventures of Indiana Jones (including Raiders of the Lost Ark, Temple of Doom and Last Crusade) are available in a single DVD collection. We’ve also got Volumes One, Two and Three of The Adventures of Young Indiana Jones, which fill in the missing years of Indy’s early life as an explorer, soldier and spy! (Much of the above is also still available on VHS.)
You can dig even deeper into the legend with Indiana Jones: The Ultimate Guide and The Complete Making of Indiana Jones, containing fascinating secrets and behind-the-scenes details for all four films! And while you’re reading about the Man with the Hat, why not let your ears in on the adventure by popping in John Williams’ Greatest Hits, including his world-famous Indiana Jones themes?
P.S. If you’ve seen the new film, you can post your review below! Or, tell us how you rank the movies, from best to worst.

There is also a series of Indiana Jones books. I believe there are twelve, authored by Max McCoy, Rob Macgregor, and Martin Caidin. I recently requested them through the “Suggest and Purchase” form, so hopefully those will be available soon too!
